Domiciliary Care

Although, this service has only been in operation since 2000 but it has contributed a big difference to CRV - East London financially and also offering a better service to residents in the community. The aim of the home care service is to provide personal care and support to vulnerable Vietnamese elderly people and adults with special needs in their homes to help them remain independent and stay in the community. Plans are made in partnership with Tower Hamlets Social Services on training areas: Manager Registered Award as required in the Care Quality Commissions. 80% of care staffs have attained NVQ level 2 in Care and 50% care staffs have completed for NVQ level 3 Health and Social Care.
